Entrepreneurial moms Heather Chitty, Marci West and Kristen Cole are as delightful as their food. Best of all, they do it with organic, locally-produced ingredients that are both healthy and tasty. Years of experience

Madres Kitchen is the combined concept of well-traveled owners Kristen Cole and Heather Chitty. Kristen's experience comes from more than 15 years in the restaurant and catering industry, including local stints at Carmelita and The Rose Club, and professional training as a graduate of the Seattle Culinary Academy. Kristen's time spent living and traveling in South America have helped shape Madres' menus with bold flavors and emphasis on local, seasonal ingredients. Heather brings with her years on the business side of catering. A pro-multi-tasker, she'll make sure every detail is in order - and do it with a smile.
